| The actions affect a listed building in Los Barreros and building land on Isla Plana | The Urban Planning Information Commission, meeting this morning under the chairmanship of the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, has favorably ruled on two detailed studies in Los Barreros and El Mojón de Isla Plana, which have had the abstentions of the councilors of Mc Cartagena, Vox and United We Can Left United Equo.The first of these refers to the detailed study in “Villa Asunción”, a listed building in which the final approval of a new alignment of boundaries was proposed; while the second affected the final approval of the change from the artificial grade to the natural grade of a land located on Isla de Samoa street in the El Mojón de Isla Plana urbanization.Finally, with the abstentions of Vox and Unidas Podemos-Izquierda Unida-Equo and the vote against Mc Cartagena, the agreement has been given the green light to replace the legal duty of assignment of urban development, for the payment of an amount in metalic.
The agreement refers to the UA 5.2 of Isla Plana and through it the developer will pay about 73,000 euros to the City Council in compensation for urban development.
