In a delicate moment like this, we need, more than ever, to create wealth and create jobs, ”the mayor reported.The president of the Port Authority, Yolanda Muñoz, has presented, at the five-year meeting they hold, the project to both the mayor and the vice-mayor, Noelia Arroyo, and has stated that “we are going to proceed to present that acquisition necessary to promote and development of the Cartagena ZAL, the Franco Warehouse and the Integrated Transportation Center in Los Camachos norte.
