Patrols of the Local Police, Civil Guard, Port Police, firefighters and personnel of the Fire Extinguishing Service and Salvage and Civil Protection of the City of Cartagena were mobilized to the place with land vehicles and a rescue boat and a Mobile Emergency Unit (UME ) of the Management of Urgencies and Sanitary Emergencies 061.
