| Artists from all over the Region will carry out a group work on Doctor Pérez Espejo street | Artists of graffiti and Street art from all over the Region will participate this Saturday, June 13, at 9:00 am, in the creation of a group work on Doctor Pérez Espejo street thanks to the call made by the Graffiti Service and Street Art of the Cartagena City Council, in collaboration with the local artist Kraser.

The Graffiti and Street Art Service has launched this initiative through the Instagram profile of the Youth Department program, UrbanCT.Come Back, by Kraser will be an event in which a visual review will be made from the strictest graphic expression of Graffiti to the most classical figurative.

A succession of tags will show a more classic graffiti that will break down into words and form sentences, thus acquiring geometric shapes that will interact with the figurative, becoming more evident at every step.The selected artists are Pel1, Goyo 203, Nels, Velina Lobris, Best, Art Mateo, The Rayajos along with Kraser.

In addition, the artists not selected in this call will participate in the event with the realization of their own works, which they will perform at the Wall of Free Expression Mural, whose space is intended for the development of graffiti and street art without the need for prior authorization, respecting the established coexistence rules."This event is framed within the bets that from the Department of Youth are being carried out in support of the artists of the different modalities, and specifically to this group that due to the characteristics in the development of their activity on the street has suffered the consequences more during the time that the confinement lasted, "said the councilor for Youth, David Martínez.Thus, the councilor has stressed that the development of the event complies with current sanitary measures.
