| The ADLE has shortlisted some 120 people who fit the profile required by the company and who these days participate in the selection process | More than 120 unemployed people registered with the ADLE Placement Agency participate these days in the pre-selection process of candidates carried out by the MASYMAS supermarket for the opening of its new center in Santa Ana.The Local Development and Employment Agency, through the Placement Agency, has worked closely in recent months with the supermarket's Human Resources department.
This Thursday the selection process and interviews began at the ADLE Training Center in the La Milagrosa Building, which has been made available to the company.The selection process is being carried out according to the standards of safety, prevention and social distancing recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Prevention (CDC) against exposure and transmission of COVID-19.Thus, the Employment Agency has provided some 120 previously preselected candidates from its database of job seekers, with the profile required by the company.
In this case, they are staff of boxes, delicatessen, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, bakery and kitchen with experience in the required positions.“The ADLE, through its Placement Agency authorized by the SEF, offers a totally free labor intermediation service with the aim of providing unemployed people with a job appropriate to their personal and professional characteristics and, on the other hand, facilitating companies the workers most appropriate to their needs and requirements, ensuring the confidentiality of company data ”, highlighted the Councilor for Education, Employment and Business and President of the ADLE, Irene Ruiz."In these difficult times due to the COVID-19 crisis, unemployed people will be able to access a job that fits their work experience thanks to this ADLE service," he concluded.
