Stability and elasticity through pilates accompanied by an abdominal routine with ´Sport at Home, don't miss a beat´ (27/05/2020)

It is a core exercise table, lateral rotations and planks that help greater stability and elasticity.These routines are part of the initiative "Sport at Home, do not miss a beat", which presents daily exercises in pilates, cardio fitness and zumba, as well as a special section on geronto-gymnastics, to help older adults stay active at home.In addition, Teresa, another of the virtual class structures and monitor of the Sports Area of ??the Cartagena City Council, teaches an abdominal routine for older adults.These tables, and those that will be published in the next few days, have been made by sports specialists in their own homes, demonstrating that no special facilities are needed to perform adequate physical maintenance.Videos with physical routines will be uploaded daily to the Cartagena City Council website and the YouTube channel.
