The OMITAS and the canteens will also be reopened in the same regime of hospitality activity, as announced by the councilor for Decentralization and Citizen Participation, Diego Ortega.

The decision to reopen the premises has been agreed with the Federation of Neighborhood Associations.Ortega explained that "the 63 municipal social premises will open their doors in compliance with the rules of use of the facilities that the City Council has prepared following the recommendations of the Government of Spain in Phase 2 of the de-escalation, to have all the security guarantees of the users, especially, of the elderly, who remain at-risk population and must prevent and avoid infections.

These norms have been sent to the presidents of the social premises who will be in charge of their compliance ”.

The capacity will be limited to one third of its occupation, up to a maximum of 50 people.The councilor explained that “both the reopening of OMITAS and the activities carried out in the premises will be limited to a maximum of two people, monitor and user, and always maintaining the rules of social distancing.

The rest of the activities will be prohibited, although Ortega has stressed that "the right of assembly cannot be prohibited for a maximum of 15 people, always respecting the distances of 2 meters."The canteens of the social premises, which are administrative concessions derived from a complementary service to be offered on the premises themselves, will also open in compliance with the rules governed by the Ministry of Health for the hospitality industry and restricting the maximum capacity of 40 percent of the premises, with the use of terraces of those canteens that have it authorized.

In addition, the use of tables that will be separated by 2 meters will be limited to one third and bar service will be prohibited.It must be remembered that previously, the cleaning and disinfection work of the municipal facilities has been carried out and will be carried out daily, taking extreme measures of hygiene and protection.
