The other four came from the SIME and UGT unions, related to the lack of staff to comply with the agreement signed with the officials; the DAPHNE heritage defense association, which asked for more items to recover the heritage; and of a citizen, who questioned the period of exposure to the public during the state of alarm and its publication.All these allegations have been answered and legally argued by the reports of the municipal technicians.The Commission has also given the green light to the modification of the Fiscal Ordinance for the use or exploitation of public roads, which will exempt from the payment of terraces, markets and kiosks until December 31, 2020, as a measure of support for bars , businesses and freelancers due to the COVID19 crisis.The proposal of the councilor of Finance has had the only abstention of United We Can Left United Equo and the support of the rest of groups and councilors.Lastly and among other matters, the initial approvals of the amendments to the Information Security Policy Regulation have been favorably reported, with the abstentions of Mc Cartagena and VOX, and the Municipal Ordinance on Electronic Administration, with the abstentions.
