| A notice received minutes before the start of the meeting about the presentation of an allegation not contemplated in the proposal has led Councilwoman Esperanza Nieto to suspend it until she confirmed the circumstances of it | The president of the Finance and Interior Commission, Esperanza Nieto, has postponed to a new date the meeting that was scheduled to take place this noon to rule on the allegations made to the budgets of the Cartagena City Council of 2020.The decision was communicated as soon as the meeting began to the representatives of the municipal groups and was based on the notice received moments before an allegation had been presented by a union, of which there was no record and which was not it was included in the proposal for the resolution of allegations or in the technical reports.Nieto explained the advisability of confirming the existence of this allegation and whether it had actually been presented in a timely manner, before holding the meeting.
The councilor has promised to make a new call in order to clarify and report by municipal technicians.The Finance Commission was going to rule today on the proposed resolution to the allegations made during the public exposure period of the 2020 municipal budgets, approved by the plenary on April 8.The proposal answered four allegations: three made in due time and form; and another from CSIF, registered after the deadline.The other three had been presented by the DAPHNE heritage defense association, which was requesting more items for the recovery of the heritage; by a citizen, who questioned the period of exposure to the public during the state of alarm and its publication; and the UGT, which asked for more staff to Chapter I, to be able to apply the labor conditions agreement with the unions.
