In the first two days of operation, this phone, enabled with 10 lines, has received a total of 231 calls.59.7% of these calls have been related to specific aid such as the Hidrogea social fund, expanded for those self-employed, small entrepreneurs and merchants, which exempts them from paying the water bill, as well as asking about the exemption of terrace rate, which will be maintained for the duration of the Alarm State.
