This is one of the measures proposed by the Government in the Procedure for the Recovery of On-Site Activity, which has been reported by the Councilor for Finance and Personnel, Esperanza Nieto.To these vulnerable groups belong, in addition to pregnant women and those over 60, all people with diabetes, cardiovascular diseases -including hypertension- chronic lung, immunodeficiency or cancer under treatment.Nieto said that "the plan foresees to continue prioritizing telework, establish different shifts, extend the hours of attention to the public and graduate the incorporation of public employees, always doing so under distancing, safety and hygiene measures that eliminate the risk of contagion "The Prevention Service will determine access controls and daily cleaning protocols for premises and vehicles according to a program that will be available to employees.The units of attention to the public will extend hours to guarantee a service without crowds, the occupation of seats will be limited to promote the safety distance and screens and the protection elements determined by Prevention will be installed.In general and always under the instructions of the health authority, the incorporation of staff will be carried out gradually over five weeks, with occupancy rates that will grow by 20% of the workforce each week.
The first to occupy their positions will be the heads of service and the employees who have an individual office.
The occupants of collective offices will gradually join, starting with those who cannot carry out their functions by teleworking
