| Some confinement regulations are relaxed and instructions are given for the opening of establishments with reduced capacity, although social distancing is maintained and protection measures are established to avoid infections | The municipality of Cartagena, like the entire territory of the Region of Murcia, will enter Monday, May 11, in phase 1 of the de-escalation of the coronavirus, as published this morning by the Official State Gazette in an Order from the Ministry of Health.The new situation that will take effect on Monday relaxes the confinement rules and instructions are given for the opening of establishments with reduced capacity, although social distancing is maintained and protection measures are established to avoid infections.Thus, among other issues, it will be allowed to circulate through the municipality as well as hold meetings of up to 10 people, inside and outside the home but always keeping the safety distance.To move around the municipality, the same car may be used by the inhabitants of the same home.The terraces of bars and restaurants will be able to open to 50 percent of their capacity with a minimum distance between tables of two meters and groups of clients of a maximum of 10 people.You can go to shops of less than 400 meters without an appointment, although they will see their capacity reduced to 30 percent of their capacity.Candles may be held with a limited number of family members: 15 people, outdoors and 10 people maximum, in closed spaces.There will be street markets with only 25 percent of the usual stalls, which will be food, and with a third of their capacity.They will open hotels and tourist accommodation, but they will keep all their common areas closed.Finally, churches and places of worship will only be allowed to enter until one third of their capacity is completed.The order is verbose regarding the cleaning, hygiene and social distancing conditions that establishments that decide to open to the public must maintain with very limited capacity and individual attention, to protect workers and users from possible infections.
