which is planned to be executed against surpluses of more than 5 years. At VOX we consider that the only way to guarantee a tender that respects the principles of freedom of access, publicity and transparency that governs public sector contract legislation is that it be done by municipal technicians. We understand that the surplus, which amounts to more than 6 million euros, is the property of all Cartagena.

If the City Council does not decide to require the company to deposit the money in the public coffers, something that should be done, unless they are always controlled by the municipal technical services.  Any other decision by this Government would be understood as irresponsible and possibly negligent, given that the control of public money must always be under the supervision of technicians responsible for the matter together with the departments of infrastructure and / or contracting.
