| They were caught in the vicinity of the beach of Cala Reona, Cartagena, practicing surfing | They spent at least three hours at sea until the civil guards found them Two of them had previously been denounced for similar events. The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the services established to comply with the current state of alarm, has denounced three young people who were surprised in Cala Reona-Cartagena, after having practiced surfing, for violating the confinement regulated in RD 463/2020. Within the framework of the operational devices established for mobility control to comply with the current state of alarm, decreed by the Government of Spain, civil guards specialized in Citizen Security Prevention, while serving the coast line in the vicinity of Cala Reona, the municipal area of ??Cartagena, detected a vehicle parked in a field near the beach, so they began the corresponding checks. The Benemérita verified that the tourism was open and with one of its seats completely lowered, which raised suspicions that its users could be doing some leisure activity currently not allowed with the declaration of alarm status. The civil guards started a device to locate the occupants of the vehicle in the area.
In addition, it coincided that a few hours earlier a surfer had been sighted in a nearby area, who could not be located. The device paid off a few hours later when the civil guards identified three people walking along a path, from the Calblanque Regional Park, who were on foot, with backpacks on their backs and with surfboards under their arms. The three youths, two men and one woman, were intercepted by the members of the patrol and, being unable to justify their conduct, were denounced for serious infraction of the Law on Protection of Citizen Security. The accused wore wet wetsuits in their backpacks, with obvious symptoms of having used them at sea moments before, so they recognized that they came from surfing and argued that "surfing did not endanger anyone, since they were alone" . Two of the surfers had already been recently denounced for similar events, so due to the repetition of the breach of the confinement, they were informed that, if they violated the confinement again, they could end up being detained as alleged perpetrators of a crime of disobedience.
