| ADLE organizes a cycle of five virtual sessions with experts who will give the keys to the most demanded job profiles and selection processes | With the aim of facilitating access to a job for unemployed people, the Local Development and Employment Agency of the Cartagena City Council launches a cycle of five virtual talks in which experts will give the keys to the most demanded profiles and news in the exceptional situation we are experiencing due to the COVID19 health crisis.As a novelty, the initiative proposes a series of conferences via streaming by sectors that currently demand employment, as they are considered essential activity sectors and are authorized by the government to remain open during the state of alarm.In this way, experts in each sector will speak in each session about the job profiles that are needed, selection processes and the new safety and hygiene measures that must be followed.The cycle of virtual conferences will start on May 12 and will have a weekly frequency that will last until June 9.

Thus, the first talk will deal with the transport sector; on May 19, on agri-food; on May 26, on cleaning; And, already in June, Tuesday 2 will be on the agricultural sector and on June 9 on the food sector."It is a pioneering initiative at the regional level that seeks to facilitate Cartagena's access to a job," said the Councilor for Education, Employment and Business and President of ADLE, Irene Ruiz.The president of the ADLE has encouraged all people from Cartagena interested in accessing a job to register for the sessions, which will take place at 11.00 am and will last one hour, through the ADLE website“This proposal joins the rest of the initiatives launched in recent weeks to alleviate, as much as possible, the crisis caused by COVID19.
