The routine consists of raising and lowering the leg in its maximum extension in supine and lateral decubitus, performing the nail to end with leg opening, tilting the hip in front and lowering the trunk as much as possible.These routines are part of the initiative "Sport at Home, do not miss a beat", which presents daily exercises in pilates, cardio fitness and zumba, as well as a special section on geronto-gymnastics, to help older adults stay active at home.These tables, and those that will be published in the coming days, have been made by sports specialists in their own homes, demonstrating that no special facilities are needed to perform adequate physical maintenance, which is very necessary during the days of isolation.Videos with physical routines will be uploaded daily to the Cartagena City Council website and the YouTube channel.
