| The Youth Department prepares for the coming months a program aimed at people between 16 and 30 years old | The current situation caused by the Covid-19 crisis has brought about an important change in labor circumstances.
For this reason, the Department of Youth works in the distribution and optimization of the necessary resources so that the youth population can continue their route to employment.The programming of the Employment Space of the Youth Department for the coming months, which will be adapted depending on the sanitary measures adopted throughout these days, is aimed at young people between 16 and 30 years old, enrolled or not in the National Youth Guarantee System, and will be developed through the following three actions:1.
Orientation, Activation and Information Actions, assigned by direct concession decree from the General Directorate of Youth and specifically developed by the Youth services of the City Councils.
These are the actions for the POEJ Youth Employment Operational Program and the FSE-Murcia Operational Program.2.
Employment Training Actions, aimed at developing language and digital skills among the young population and to improve their qualification and positioning when facing the world of work, through the courses of:• Cambridge Certification Preparation.• Certification of Word by Microsoft.• Digital Literacy.• Food handler card.• Forklift Operator Card.• Picking and forklift order management.3.
Preparatory actions for job placement and access, for young people with little or no training, or on the contrary, young people who are distinguished by their academic preparation and even experience, but circumstances have led them to unemployment, through the following programs:• Young Password• Active Return• Return of TalentAs indicated by the councilor for Youth, David Martínez, "the programs included in the different actions will be adapted to the measures adopted in the area of ??care and the relationship of public services with citizens."Some of the programs that were already being developed, such as the Clave Joven Program, follow their course online, through scheduled contacts with the teacher, and the sending and receiving of exercises, waiting to know the date of the call.
