| These measures are essential to act against COVID-19 and protect the health of neighbors | Since the declaration of alert for the pandemic by the Government of the nation, the errors committed and the consequences that all the Spanish are suffering are already many and known. We found one of them in Cartagena.
The Municipal VOX Group has received requests that have been formally and repeatedly requested by the health and administrative staff of the La Aljorra Clinic, to which no priority has been given by the Cartagena City Council nor has action been taken to that the terms be shortened and act as soon as possible. We therefore demand that the Municipal Government act immediately and formalize the following requests that we collect below: The installation of an isolation screen for the office administration area is a priority. Carrying out the internal disinfection of the facilities, thanks to the FFAA, has been possible from the outside, but still nobody has done the task inside. We urgently demand at least 3 non-contact thermometers, which have also been repeatedly requested from SMS without receiving any response. We do not understand how it is possible that the aforementioned clinic, which daily fights against this pandemic and cares for many people, still does not have these basic and necessary means.
Therefore, from VOX Cartagena we demand that immediate action be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
