| Manolo Torres: "The measure will mean facilitating the social and economic recovery of the municipality" | The Government of Spain authorizes the municipalities to use the remaining cash and the budget surplus to allocate it to the social and economic reconstruction caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Once again, the clear and determined intention of the Government of Spain is demonstrated by not leaving anyone behind, guaranteeing access to large financial resources.
