Integrated in the program that has been launched by the Cartagena City Council "Culture at home", to enjoy cultural events from home, all activities, aimed at children and adults, will be carried out through the social networks of municipal libraries.Although the International Book Day is April 23, the Network of Municipal Libraries of Cartagena has programmed twenty activities from Monday 20 to Sunday April 26, to commemorate the aforementioned date, and where the figure of Benito Pérez Galdós, in 2020 is the centenary of his death, he will be the main protagonist.The Councilor for the Culture Area, David Martínez Noguera, thanked "the great work being done by Libraries, which have been able to adapt to these difficult circumstances and modify the programming they had planned, in addition to expanding the Electronic Book service , which is working very well ”.The section 'Voices for ...' is dedicated to the Canarian writer where a chained reading of his main literary works will be developed.
