| The Department of Security continues to increase protection measures to prevent COVID19 contagion among the troops | The Cartagena Firefighters finished yesterday, Thursday April 16, the disinfection work of the units that began last Saturday with the different Local Police headquarters in the municipality.Thus, on Thursday the complete disinfection of the ESPAC School of Public Safety was carried out, as well as the Fire and Civil Protection units and the mobile park area.The exterior areas of the premises have been flushed with water with nebulized disinfectant and the interiors are disinfected on foot, with backpacks and nebulizers attached to the pressurized air bottles of the autonomous breathing apparatus.The Councilor for Security, Juan Pedro Torralba, stressed that there were no symptoms of COVID19 in any cash, but “we cannot neglect ourselves.

We want to make sure that we implement all possible protection measures for all personnel, be they Firefighters, Civil Protection or Local Police, since, due to their work, they are more exposed to the virus than the rest of us.
