Yolanda, instructor of virtual classes and monitor of the Sports Area of ​​the Cartagena City Council, presents this Monday, April 13, three mid-level routines.
Firstly, a dynamic standing routine with 4 repetitions.
Next, a routine in the prone and lateral plank with 3 repetitions, and finally a core routine that will be presented in the continuation of the video.
In addition, another of the monitors of the Sports Area of ​​the Cartagena City Council, Teresa, offers various exercises for the upper segments with load aimed at older adults and people with reduced mobility.
These routines are part of the "Sport at Home, don't miss a beat" initiative, which features daily exercises in Pilates, cardio fitness and zumba, as well as a special section on gerontogym, to help older adults stay active at home.
These tables, and those that will be published in the coming days, have been made by sports specialists in their own homes, demonstrating that no special facilities are needed to perform adequate physical maintenance, which is very necessary during the days of isolation.
Videos with physical routines will be uploaded daily to the Cartagena City Council website and the YouTube channel.
