Series of legs and lumbar in the seventh session of ´Sport at Home, do not miss the beat´ (07/04/2020)

Yolanda, instructor of virtual classes and monitor of the Sports Area of ​​the Cartagena City Council, presents this Tuesday, April 7, a varied exercise routine focused mainly on legs and lower back.

In this seventh session, Teresa, another of the virtual classes instructor and instructor of the Sports Area of ​​the Cartagena City Council, also offers a video with isometric chair work for older adults or people with reduced mobility.

These routines are part of the "Sport at Home, don't miss a beat" initiative, which features daily exercises in Pilates, cardio fitness and zumba, as well as a special section on gerontogym, to help older adults stay active at home.

These tables, and those that will be published in the coming days, have been made by sports specialists in their own homes, demonstrating that no special facilities are needed to perform adequate physical maintenance, which is very necessary during the days of isolation.

Videos with physical routines will be uploaded daily to the Cartagena City Council website and the YouTube channel.
