Yolanda, instructor of virtual classes and monitor of the Sports Area of ​​the City of Cartagena, makes a video with various exercises to train the whole body, especially the abdominal area and legs.
In this sixth session a video on exercises to work balance and stability aimed at older adults is also offered, by the instructor of virtual classes at the Department of Sports, Teresa.
These routines are part of the "Sport at Home, don't miss a beat" initiative, which features daily exercises in Pilates, cardio fitness and zumba, as well as a special section on gerontogym, to help older adults stay active at home.
These tables, and those that will be published in the coming days, have been made by sports specialists in their own homes, demonstrating that no special facilities are needed to perform adequate physical maintenance, which is very necessary during the days of isolation.
Videos with physical routines will be uploaded daily to the Cartagena City Council website and the YouTube channel.
