The coronavirus crisis has caused the cancellation of many important events, including Easter.
From the Department of Education, an activity has been promoted so that children can continue to enjoy Easter at home.
It is about reproducing the different processions that have traveled the streets of Cartagena every year.
An explanatory video will show how to make hoods, for example, or even the thrones themselves.
They can be made with materials that can be kept at home such as waxes, cardboard, etc.
Boys and girls who want to participate can show these works on the social network Facebook, addressed to the Department of Education of the City of Cartagena.
To do this, they must enter this aforementioned page and publish them on it.
"The idea is to liven up the confinement and not give up on continuing to live Holy Week, even if this year is in a different way," explained the Councilor for Education, Irene Ruiz.
In addition, the mayor said that "the Department of Education continues to work tirelessly so that children can continue to develop their skills and make confinement more enjoyable."
