Yolanda, instructor of virtual classes and monitor of the Sports Area of ​​the Cartagena City Council, shows through her videos a new training routine to perform at home during confinement.
In this fourth session, two varied exercise tables are offered, the first to work the abdomen and contracted pelvic floor, and the second with lateral and core exercises.
These routines are part of the "Sport at Home, don't miss a beat" initiative, which features daily exercises in Pilates, cardio fitness and zumba, as well as a special section on gerontogym, to help older adults stay active at home.
These tables, and those that will be published in the coming days, have been made by sports specialists in their own homes, demonstrating that no special facilities are needed to perform adequate physical maintenance, which is very necessary during the days of isolation.
Videos with physical routines will be uploaded daily to the Cartagena City Council website and the YouTube channel.
