Between Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the Local Police has made a total of 125 administrative complaints and two criminal charges in the case of repeat offenders, in the different controls that it set up to enforce the confinement measures.
The complaints have been processed before the Government Delegation who will be the one to determine the sanction, while the penal ones have been transferred to the corresponding guard court.
On Friday, a total of 936 people and 1,182 vehicles were identified, making 44 administrative complaints and one of a criminal nature;
On Saturday, 439 people and 301 vehicles were identified, with 20 administrative complaints being made.
Finally, on Sunday, 275 people and 311 vehicles were identified, making 61 administrative complaints and one of a criminal nature.
The reasons for the complaints have been diverse and were cases or excuses not contemplated in the measures to confine the state of alarm.
There have also been anecdotal cases such as that of citizens who have called the Police to denounce their neighbors for organizing for meetings or snacks with other neighbors on private terraces.
Since the state of alarm was launched on March 14, the Local Police has already made a total of 613 administrative complaints and 3 criminal complaints of repeat offenders.
