The Local Development and Employment Agency (ADLE) of the Cartagena City Council has set up a telephone service to provide information and resolve doubts to workers, self-employed people and entrepreneurs who are suffering the effects of the crisis caused by Covid-19.
To get advice through this service, which will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., you can call the number 968 02 11 29.
In addition, the ADLE has produced a guide to aid and resources for the workplace and economic activity due to the effects of Covid-19, which can be accessed from its website.
From this page you can expand all the information about the coronavirus, which can already be found on the website of the City Council.
"I understand that both self-employed and workers and entrepreneurs are going through a very difficult time and need our support to know all the aid, so we launch this service," said the councilor of the Government Area of Education, Employment and Business and president from the ADLE, Irene Ruiz.
This electronic guide collects official information from the different administrations and the extraordinary aid and measures adopted from the local, regional and national levels as a result of Covid-19.
For example, the procedures for temporary employment regulation (ERTE) files, financing lines, tax and social security measures, deferrals, etc.
As Irene Ruiz explained, “the website has been structured so that any affected person can access information in the most agile way possible, depending on whether they are working people, self-employed people or entrepreneurs.
If you are a worker, you will have all the national, regional or local information related to the workplace that affects you, as well as updated information from the competent organizations.
On the other hand, if they are self-employed or companies, they can easily find all the information about extraordinary measures that affect them in business management ”.
Likewise, on the web you can find campaigns in favor of businesses, solidarity initiatives, advice and recommendations made by unions.
In short, a "comprehensive compilation of information from different groups and administrations with which the Local Development and Employment Agency of the City of Cartagena wants to facilitate access to information to those affected and those affected in these difficult times we are experiencing", The mayor has explained.
Furthermore, the ADLE would like to remind you that, apart from this telephone service, people registered with the Employment Agency and who need to answer questions or request information can get in touch by calling 968 12 89 79 (from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) or by sending an email to Agenciadecolocacion@ayto-cartagena.es.
