The XII edition of the Teleco Lan Party, a digital leisure event organized by the Cartagena Youth Telematics Association with the collaboration of the UPCT, the City Council and the General Directorate of Universities, cannot be held this year due to the confinement decreed by the Alarm status as a consequence of the coronavirus health crisis.

For all those who had purchased their tickets, the organization will enable its portal to refund the amount thereof, although it will also offer the possibility of donating that money to affected entities.

For them, an email will be sent to those who have purchased the ticket, with detailed information about the donation, which can be from 1 euro to the 40 euros that the ticket cost.

It must be remembered that the Teleco Lan Party, an electronic sports festival that was to take place between April 8 and 12, was to be held for the first time at the Municipal Sports Palace, following the agreement reached between the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and the City Council, thus doubling its capacity to reach 600 people.

The organizers hope that the event "will return next year with all the enthusiasm and enthusiasm."
