The Local Police of Cartagena has reported the return to normality of all the roads cut yesterday by the heavy rains that fell in the municipality, almost uninterruptedly, from this Monday, March 23 until the night of yesterday, Tuesday 24.
At the moment, only the Siphon highway remains closed, in the section between Las Tejeras and Molino Derribao, which in the early morning still had flooded areas that impeded vehicle traffic.
It must be remembered that, in 24 hours, the highest rainfall of this last cold drop in the Region of Murcia was registered in Cartagena and its region, with around 120 liters per square meter, which led to activating the orange warning for meteorological phenomena adverse both rain and wind.
