Local Police, National Police, Firefighters and Civil Protection volunteers from the Cartagena City Council joined the tribute that Cartagena residents and Cartagena residents offer every night from their balconies to the professionals of the hospitals that treat patients with coronavirus on the front line.
Vehicles and troops left at eight in the afternoon from Parque de Seguridad in the direction of the Rosell hospital, from where they continued along the Paseo de Alfonso XIII towards Plaza de España and Alameda.
In the shield they turned around and returned by the same itinerary to go to the Santa Lucía hospital, where the procession ended.
During the entire itinerary, the vehicles did not stop turning their lights and the sirens sounded as a sign of affection, recognition and solidarity with the work carried out, beyond their duty, by all hospital personnel: health, cleaning and security. .
