A fire in an extractor hood in a house caused the intervention of the Firefighters of the Fire Extinguishing, Rescue and Civil Protection Service of the City of Cartagena last night, which resulted in the health care of three people for smoke inhalation, one of they are a 16-month-old baby.
At around 8:20 p.m., the Regional Emergency Service 112 received several calls from neighbors reporting that they saw a lot of smoke coming out of the fourth floor of a four-story building on Cartagena de Indias Street, in the city's Ensanche.
Patrols of the National Police and Local Police and Firefighters from the Cartagena City Council moved to the place.
Upon arrival, the three affected were already on the street and asked for health care for smoke inhalation.
A Mobile Emergency Unit of the Emergency Management and Health Emergencies 061 moved to the scene.
