The cemeteries of Cartagena will remain closed to the public and only burials will be carried out, an extraordinary measure that adds to those that have been applied in recent days by the health authorities due to the state of Alarm decreed by the Government of the nation.
In this way, the municipal cemeteries of Our Lady of Los Remedios in Santa Lucía, San Antonio Abad, Alumbres and San Ginés de la Jara, will close their doors to visitors, except to attend burials.
This measure will also affect the Parish Cemetery of Pozo Estrecho.
The deputy mayor and mayor of the Health area of ​​the Cartagena City Council, Manuel Padín, has appealed to the responsibility and solidarity of citizens to abide by these recommendations and face the current health crisis.
