The Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) has made its facilities available to health authorities in case they are necessary for field hospitals.
It has also offered the sanitary consumables available to the University, according to the rector, Alejandro Díaz Morcillo.
The UPCT has its facilities closed due to the coronavirus crisis, but it continues its activity electronically and maintains essential on-site services.
Members of the coronavirus monitoring committee (COVID-19) are continuously monitoring the situation and taking the necessary measures.
Díaz Morcillo has urged the entire University Community to comply with the instructions and recommendations issued by the health authorities and to maintain calm and citizen responsibility
