Due to the evolution of the situation derived from the coronavirus COVID-19, the Department of Education has decided to extend the term for the presentation of applications for admission to new admission to the municipal Infant Schools for the school year 2020/2021 until April 21 .

"We ask the people of Cartagena for responsibility and from the local administration we will do our part so that the damage is not greater", said the mayor of Cartagena, Ana Belén Castejón.

This period was initially set until March 24, but, after the confinement decree by the regional government and the state of alert decreed by the state government, it has been chosen to extend it.
