The municipal soccer field of Pozo Estrecho has been the meeting place where primary students of CEIP San Fulgencio have participated in a great day of rugby this Friday, March 6.
Technicians and players of the senior team of the Cartagena University Rugby Club have directed and coordinated the approach to rugby, in an activity organized by the ADE Program of the Department of Sports.
The students have carried out the activity in the new artificial grass field of the town that is next to the educational center.
After a brief theoretical introduction about rugby in the section of its rules, as well as basic technical aspects and especially the values ​​transmitted by this sport.
Then, with the direction of technicians and players of the senior team of CRUCartagena, the practical session begins with a warm-up, followed by adapted and specific rugby exercises for this school stage.
