This Saturday, March 7, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the social center of Los Mateos hosts the workshop “La Flamencura todo-cura: a different way of relating through flamenco, play and humor”.
Experimenting through flamenco to discover the benefits of laughter, singing and dancing at a cognitive, physical, emotional and spiritual level, is the goal of Mnica Nuez and Raquel Ortiz with this free registration course at the Association of Neighbors of Los Kill them.
This workshop is part of the activities of Cartagena Piensa, organized by the City Council of Cartagena.
In this workshop you will learn some of the most festive sticks (joys, rumbas, tanguillos, tangos and buleras) and will approach the keys of singing and the different rhythms with the palms and body parts.
Using flamenco as a game tool will allow you to get to know each other better, enhance scalabilities, emotions and values, encouraging personal growth through the expression of the voice and the body in motion.
This workshop is taught by Mnica Nuez, social educator, trainer, sociocultural animator, music therapist and singer in different dance companies and flamenco groups.
She will be accompanied by Raquel Ortiz, social educator, sociocultural animator and singer in different flamenco groups.
Registration is free at the Los Mateos Neighborhood Association.
