Technicians of the General Directorate of Cultural Assets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia have visited this Friday together with municipal urban planning technicians, the building of Cuatro Santos street that collapsed this Sunday and that has forced to cut this street and the of the Air throughout the week to prevent incidents.

After checking the condition of the property, they have given their approval to the precautionary measures that had already been implemented in the face of the danger of continuing the landslides, such as in the party area or the roof house, as well as the demolition of the interior of the building respecting the facade, since it has grade 3 protection.

For now, while the interior demolition works last, the façade will be propped up and, once said work is finished, the shoring will go inside, although it will be done without removing the land, given that the building is located on archaeological remains protected.
