VOX Cartagena continues to work for all its neighbors, this time putting special interest in the working families of the region.
In the first place, we want to highlight that the birth rate in Cartagena year after year plummets and without a solution in this regard, so from the VOX Cartagena Municipal Group we want to eradicate this problem since it poses a threat to families.
We therefore propose an economic aid of up to € 150 for all the families in which the two parents work, and thus, do not have the possibility of taking care of their children at home.
We do not believe that it is necessary to remember that, without births, the population ages and pensions are the forgotten ones, something that the current government ignores while focusing on ideological wars without taking into account life and family.
From VOX Cartagena we see that it is necessary that the City Council allocate a budget item to help families with children pay for nursery schools, kindergartens or nurseries.
The current social assistance in the Region is undoubtedly an impediment rather than an aid, given that very strict requirements have to be given to receive minimum amounts that barely exceed € 83 per month.
