Organized by the City of Cartagena with the collaboration of the Ministry of Culture, the event will include more than 200 activities related to the world of manga, Japanese culture, alternative cultures and video games, as highlighted by the Councilor for Youth, David Martínez, during the presentation of the show, where he has had the company 'Shin-Ah', 'Albedo', 'Elsa' and 'Cleopatra', protagonists of anime and video game series, and a small sample of what It can be seen on a larger scale during the event.
The scheduled activities will range from meetings with artists, Cosplayers and Youtubers, craft workshops, cultural exhibitions and talks, to concerts, video game tournaments or commercial spaces.
For the mayor, 'Cartagena is rolled up and has won a space among the great national halls of its category, surpassing in visitors, activities, acceptance and cultural offer to several of the largest cities in Spain and proof of this are the 10,000 visits with those that the previous edition told, as well as the collaboration of 32 exhibiting companies, 10 associations and several artists and authors of national renown '.
Antonio Álvarez, director, and Juan Álvarez, coordinator of the show, announced news and surprises for this edition, in which it was decided that 'more comfortable dates for the public to whom the event is aimed, young people, since in May they usually have exams and other commitments and celebrations, 'said Antonio.

The VIII Manga Hall of Cartagena will open its doors on Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Sunday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The price of tickets will be 7 euros on Saturday and 6 euros on Sunday, the latter including a souvenir gift.
In addition, bonds for the two days will be released for 11 euros.
