This talk talk is within the program "Cafes with science and thought" of the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena.
Pablo Alemán Capel founded in 1999 and currently coordinates the GIPEC (Psychological Intervention Group in Emergencies and Catastrophes).
Accredited as an emergency specialist by the General Council of Psychology of Spain this Monday, February 17, is the "Coffee with science and thought" meeting.
Act that will be presetnado by Jesus Leando, member of the Governing Board of the Official College of Psychologists and the Emergency Inevention Group.
ABOUT THE TALK
The talk will discuss how: “We are immersed in a society mired in a continuous existential crisis of disasters and emergencies in our daily lives.
From here we approach the perspective of the Psychology of Emergencies in one of the most complicated moments that human beings, grief and the loss of a loved one can go through.
We explain how to deal with these psychological states and their Process in Interpersonal Communication as well as the most effective Coping Strategies to be able to carry it out in a way that is as healthy and balanced as possible.
With this we try to prevent and reduce future more complicated processes derived from these situations. â€
