The municipal government team has begun to renovate the furniture of the Security Park, with special emphasis on the School of Public Security of the City of Cartagena (ESPAC).

In fact, since the beginning of the year, ESPAC students are already teaching in classrooms with new tables and chairs, twelve armchairs have been installed in the crowded room and in the emergency control base.

“The new furniture was very demanded by the staff because it was already in very bad condition.

In addition to the tables and chairs of the classrooms of the school, lockers have also been installed in the locker rooms of the shooting practice room and improved the jobs of the base and crowded, ”explained the Councilor for Security, Juan Pedro Torralba.

For this, an investment of more than 14,000 euros has been made, which has also been used to remodel the room in which the formations are given, which has been expanded, repainted, installed new curtains and renovated all the furniture.

The mayor has affirmed that this is not an isolated investment, "it is a point and followed, because we want to continue improving and modernizing the facilities of the Security Park to adapt them to the current needs and that our troops can work in the best conditions".
