The Subjective Room "Nicomedes Gómez" of the Department of Youth, aimed at promoting young artists from Cartagena, hosts the exhibition "The photographer's cave: Identity infinite", by María Garberí from Cartagena.
The inauguration will take place this Wednesday, February 12 at 7:00 p.m. and will be attended by the Councilor for Youth, David Martínez.
The exhibition that can be visited until April 12, tries to give meaning to a vacuum of identity and history of a certain group of people portrayed in 10 different negatives.
Thus carrying out a process of recovery or hybridization of these identities of which we only have its image represented as a negative photo.
The Subjective Room is located in the City Hall and its visiting hours are from Tuesday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
on Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays, at the same time in the morning as on Saturdays.
