During the weekends of February continue the guided routes to know two episodes of the history of Cartagena crucial for the city, both routes will end with a tasting cover of historical inspiration.
On Saturdays the route 'Cartagena, flavor three cultures' will begin, from the Panoramic Elevator to ascend to the Castle of the Conception the highest point of the city.
The Arab Alcazaba and the medieval Christian zone will be explained, just as the port of Cartagena was decisive in the expulsion of the Jews.
Continue the route to the church of Santa Maria, Alfonso X, until you reach the Roman Theater where trousseau of the medieval Muslim necropolis were found.
At the end of the route we will taste the delicious cover of 'Gloria Bendita' offered by the restaurant El Cantón.

On Sundays, the 'Una de Romaanos' route will start, from the great show building, the Roman Theater and its Museum, to discover a day in the one city of the Empire.
To do this, continue the route through the Forum District, where you can visit the Baths, the banquet building where the magnificent paintings of the muses and the sanctuary of Isis appeared.
At the end of the route, you can taste a cover inspired by the Roman cuisine the 'Barbateño', a mojama pate with almonds and anchovies toast offered by La Fuente.
