The Councilor for Finance and Interior, Esperanza Nieto, exposed on Tuesday to the representatives of municipal employees the economic impact that the application of the agreement on working conditions would have for this year, an increase "unassuming" that explains the decision of the Government to suspend the implementation of some aspects of the agreement.
Nieto thanked the union representatives for their attendance at the technical table and called them to a new meeting on Thursday of next week, to which the economic team of the Department will be incorporated to dispel any doubt that the union representatives have regarding the projections that have been provided.
The councilor said she understood the frustration of municipal employees for the non-application of the agreement and that this is one of the reasons why the Government is insisting on reaching agreements with the unions before closing the budget to reach the agreements that benefit most officials, within the economic possibilities.
