The plenary session of the City Council of Cartagena has today approved, among other matters, to urge the expropriation of Villa Calamari since small group visits can be made to the monastery of San Ginés la Jara, in a marathon control session to the Government, which has been developed, with two breaks, between morning and afternoon, and in which 25 motions, 54 questions and six requests from the municipal opposition groups have been addressed.
Chaired by the mayor, Ana Belén Castejón, the Corporation has approved the motion made by the Councilor of MC Cartagena, María Dolores Ruiz, so that the local government requires the Directorate General of Cultural Property of the CARM to expropriate Villa Calamari, in accordance with the law of patrimony and in view of the repeated breaches of obligations of the owner regarding the conservation of a cataloged property and in order to protect the physical integrity of the minors who access the site through the sections of the perimeter wall that It is demolished.
On the part of the municipal government, the councilwoman Alejandra Gutiérrez has shown her support for the initiative, given the company's repeated breaches of the requirements made by the City Council.

The plenary session of the City Council has also approved the motion María Dolores Ruiz, so that the Government urges the General Directorate of Cultural Property to comply with the provisions of the heritage legislation and the doctrine of the Constitutional Court, providing citizens in small groups the visit to the rehabilitated cloister of the Monastery of San Ginés de la Jara.

NURSING SCHOOL
The plenary has unanimously approved the motion of the councilwoman Aurelia García Muñoz, of the United Municipal group Podemos Izquierda Unida Equo on the continuity of the university nursing school in Cartagena.

EL ALGAR T-2 ROAD

Likewise, it has been approved with the abstention of Vox, a motion by the Councilor of Mc Cartagena, Jesús Giménez Gallo, urging the municipal government to convene the Bureau of Justice to address the status of priority issues such as the location of the new judicial units and the state of the City of Justice project, as well as to achieve a common position against the provincial courts.
