The Technical Office of the Municipal Plan on Addictions and Drug Dependencies (PMAD) of the Department of Social Services of the City of Cartagena, met on Friday, January 24 with other councilors, public institutions and social entities of the municipality, to finalize the preparation of the text of the New Municipal Addiction Plan 2020-2023.
These periodic meetings allow to enable a meeting space to deal with issues related to the prevention of addictions and drug addictions.
A place where all participating professionals are committed to a networking methodology, from the different areas of action that are addressed in this plan, such as: educational, family, socio-community and work.
It is an approach from prevention to achieve a healthier Cartagena.
In this meeting, attended by 25 professionals, the main issue was the presentation of the current status of the document of the new text PMAD 2020-2023, which is in its final phase for approval and official presentation.
