The Town Planning Commission has reported favorably this morning on the construction of penthouses set in two projects located on Calle del Carmen in Cartagena and Diego Meseguer de La Palma.
The meeting has been chaired by the mayor and head of the area, Ana Belén Castejón.
The opinions have had the favorable votes of the councilors of the Popular, Citizen groups and councilors not attached to the municipal government;
while those of Mc Cartagena, Vox and United We-Left United-Equo have abstained.
In the case of Calle del Carmen, it is the definitive approval of a Special Plan for a Residential Building and commercial premises, promoted by the owners of the property to exhaust the buildability allowed by the urban planning regulations on this street, which is five-storey .
The building, located at number 7, in front of the church of Carmen, is a three-storey cataloged building, so a green light has been given to a two-storey supplement, by means of set-back attics.
The file that has been processed since 2017, has the favorable report of Culture of the Autonomous Community and the positive environmental assessment.
He was exposed to public information and no allegations were recorded.
In the case of La Palma, it is about compensating the buildability of a piece of plot that has had to be set back for the extension of Diego Meseguer street with that of Castaño and will also be done by means of a retracted attic plant.
