On Friday, January 17, a dozen unemployed students of the Employability Workshop, framed in the ADLE ACTIVA Program of the Agency for Local Development and Employment of Cartagena (ADLE), received the diplomas after completing the 30-hour course, started last December 4, a workshop whose main objective is to increase the possibilities of insertion in the labor world.
The Councilor of the Area of ​​Education, Employment and Business, Irene Ruiz, said that in this workshop students have been able to "improve the skills required at the time of the personal interview, as well as the development of a creative curriculum and learn to locate through of social networks job offers. "
The training has consisted of the development of three modules: one of interviews and personnel selection techniques, another of creative curriculum, and another of linkedin and use of networks to look for work.
At the end of the employability course, the participants have techniques very worked by them, to face a personnel selection process.
One of the students, Shafe Kongyuy, just after completing the course has already conducted a job interview for a company, and says that "the training has been very useful to make a good curriculum and learn about the diversity of companies that are offering employment in Spain".
Also, another of the students, Caridad García, has remarked that it has served "to lose fear in the interview and go safer, and better use the Linkedin network."
All participating users are enrolled in the ADLE Placement Agency, which will allow them to opt to enter the working world more effectively.
ADLE ACTIVA Program
The ADLE ACTIVA Program has been designed by the Agency for Local Development and Employment to train both unemployed and employed people in skills and competencies for job adaptability.
This initiative aims to improve the employability of the beneficiaries through short-term and replicable training actions at different times.
