On Wednesday, January 22 and Thursday, January 23, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the Roman Theater Museum will host the Seminar 'How to build a strategic plan for culture', organized by the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena and the University of Murcia through the Master of Cultural Management.
This Seminar is related to the process initiated in Cartagena, through the Culture Council, to carry out a Strategic Plan for the coming years (2020-2023), a commitment of the current municipal government team.
The objective is to reflect on the evolution of the strategic planning process and current trends applied to culture and its management.
It is mainly aimed at technicians, cultural managers and interested in practical issues of culture.
Participants will be offered the necessary tools to develop good cultural planning and will be eminently practical, through an active and participatory methodology to encourage debate and exchange of experiences.
The activity will be taught by Professor Antonio J. González Rueda, commissioner of the II Strategic Plan of the University of Cádiz and editor of the "Peripheral Cultural Magazine", expert in the creation of strategic plans and is part of the Watchtower Observatory of the culture of the Community of Andalusia.
